Return Policy

Every year, five billion pounds of returned products and packaging ends up in landfills. Sprinter is committed to operating a sustainable supply chain to reduce our impact on the environment and that includes how we handle our merchandise returns.  We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or store credit if you have found your item to be damaged. We request you join us in reducing the carbon footprint of your order by closely reviewing the provided sizing charts for all apparel before placing your order as returns and exchanges are not accepted on undamaged goods.

If you found your items to arrive with damage, please contact us at sprinterhelp@themrlgroup.com. Our team will review your order and process a replacement order when possible or store credit for qualifying items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes to your order

Due to the nature of Sprinter merch drops, we are not able to guarantee changes to your order after it has been place. Please confirm colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping address at checkout. If you have made an error on your order, please contact us asap and we will make every effort possible to adjust your order. 

Order Cancelations

Due to the limited nature of this merch drop, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, or cancelations once the drop has been sold out. If you have made an error on your order, please contact us asap and we will make every effort possible to adjust your order. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal apparel (such as undergarments and hats), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
